Each certificate is a keepsake-a way to say "I love you", "thank you", or "I'm thinking of you"-and to see your message live on The Wall of Love. Some people choose playful titles like "Baguette Owner" or "Land Baron", but at its core, A Little Piece of Paris is about sharing joy, not status.
2. Do I actually own the land?
A Little Piece of Paris is a symbolic gesture, so you do not legally own a stake in the land. Once you buy a certificate, your unique symbolic parcel is reserved just for you. While the honorary dedication doesn’t grant you legal ownership or property rights, it’s a fun and memorable way to show your love for Paris and its culture.
3. Can I visit Paris?
Yes, that's the theme of this gift-to create memories by getting off phones, tablets and screens to see what this beautiful country has to offer. For some, it may be a road trip, for other's perhaps a spontaneous flight, but the goal is to create memories for all of our honorary plot holders. Even if road trips and flights are not in the cards right now, your certificate is a reminder of the love you have for discovering new places, sharing laughter, and collecting moments instead of things.
4. Can I refer to myself as a “Baron” or “Baroness” of Paris?
Absolutely! Once you’ve got your certificate in hand, feel free to adopt the title of Parisian Baron, Baroness, or any other fun designation you choose. Just keep in mind — it’s all in good fun and not an official legal title.

8. Is my purchase refundable?
“Yes! Your purchase is refundable. Before processing a refund, I’d love the chance to make things right—just reach out and I’ll do my best to fix any issues. If we can’t sort it out, I’ll happily issue a refund within 30 days of purchase.”
9. How long is my certificate good for?
Your certificate is tied to land our company is investing in and intends to hold for the foreseeable future. As long as we control the land, your spot is dedicated to you—but no matter what the future brings, the memory of “owning” a piece of Paris will last a lifetime.
